Welcome to Lake Dewberry RV Resort ... located in the heart of the Gulf Coast Golden Crescent region of South Texas. Our goal at Lake Dewberry is to extend a warm and heartfelt welcome and give you the conveniences you need whether you stop briefly for an overnight stay or spend a week and explore our regional sights and unwind with onsite activities. If you’re looking for a place to call home for a longer-term, extended stay while working or wintering in our area, we invite you to become a part of the Lake Dewberry RV Resort community. Regardless of the amount of time you spend with us, our objective is to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience that will make memories for years.

The Heart of the Gulf Coast

LOCATION

You’ll find Lake Dewberry RV Resort located right off U.S. Hwy. 77, just north of Victoria, TX city limits. We consider our location an ideal spot for anyone, but especially for Snowbirds traveling this north/south corridor. In fact, visitors from northern climates may discover that Victoria is an ideal spot to spend the winter since the average daily temperature for Dec/Jan/Feb is just below 70°. January (typically the coldest month) has an average low of 46° and an average high of 65°.

Our location boasts a reasonable equi-distance to the larger cities of Houston (130 miles), Austin (125 miles), San Antonio (115 miles) and Corpus Christi (98 miles).Victoria enjoys the benefits of hospitals with three locations, numerous walk-in clinics, two colleges,major department stores and restaurant chains, plus wonderful local eateries. Lake Dewberry RV Resort’s location has some worthwhile advantages:

  • 3 minutes from Walmart/Sam’s
  • 3 minutes from Camper City (for RV parts/supplies)
  • 3 minutes from shopping and restaurants

Ample cultural opportunities are afforded with museums, a symphony orchestra, and a community theatre. Many houses of worship representing a variety of faiths are scattered all across our area, and sporting events grace the calendar with a Texas Collegiate League summer baseball team and the annual Texas Water Safari, a 260-mile canoe race on the Guadalupe River.

Anyone who enjoys coastal fishing or beaches will find our 28-mile distance to Port Lavaca, Rockport (75 miles), Port Aransas (86 miles), Matagorda Beach (95 miles) within easy reach. Even Galveston Island (173 miles) is a manageable trip from our central location at the heart of the Gulf Coast.
